For the upcoming spring-summer 2021 season, the brand greets us with streetwear proposals in colors and patterns typical of the 80s, 90s and 2000s. The gameplay with fonts and cuts in the design of Demna Gvasalia, the current designer of this fashion house, are characteristic features for Balenciaga. A similar aesthetic is promoted by the Polish clothing brand MISBHV.
Red shirt - stylings that will surprise you
The Balenciaga shirt made of viscose is decorated with black prints with the word "love" in many languages of the world, including Polish. It has an oversize cut, a slipped pocket and long sleeves finished with buttoned cuffs. In search of inspiration, check out our two suggestions: day and night. Balenciaga shirt during the day
In the daytime version, for work, especially if you have a creative job, we recommend a red shirt with a logo combined with a black Fendi denim jacket. You can wear the shirt in a laid out version over pants, or tucked in - try both options and choose the one that is more comfortable for you. The small collar of the shirt will easily fit under the larger one of the denim jacket.
Fendi wool trousers with a tie in the waist have an elegant, yet non-binding, comfortable look. They will also come in handy in the evening. When creating a night look, we still turn to the atmosphere of the 80s, for which such shirts in strong colors were very characteristic. The Balenciaga logo shirt is suitable not only for streetwear stylings (although this is mainly how designers present it).
Think about it in a more unconventional way and combine it with a double-breasted, fitted Bottega Veneta jacket with large silver buttons, and it will become unrecognizable. Add to this solid Gucci leather shoes with a silver, discreet decoration in the back of the upper. If it comes to other accessories, think about a watch. Treat it as jewelry and choose a model on a metal bracelet, with a higher degree of formality than leather or rubber. The Gucci watch with a black case and a bee motif in the middle subtly refers to the "scribbled" material of the shirt.
