Trying not to spoil the full story, this production starts when Haller realizes what happens in his head might actually be real. The titular Legion (a mutant) is starred by fascinating Dan Stevens who spent hours of conversations with doctors and patients of mental hospitals prior to filming the show. Stranger Things is a gloomy show created by brothers Matt and Ross Duffer for Netflix. The plot that borders on horror and sci-fi is deeply set in the climate of the 80s. One day, a twelve-year-old Bill Byers from the town of Hawkins disappears in unexplained circumstances. As it turns out later, he will soon become involved in a terrifying government secrets and experiments with unknown higher forces. Winona Ryder plays the boy's concerned mother. 4. Big Little Lies
Monterey is a crime scene. No one knows the killer and the victim. HBO’s Big Little Lies is a mini television series based on Liane Moriarty’s novel of the same title. It is a polished drama that entertains with intelligent wit and intrigues with in-depth psychology of the seemingly shallow and superficial protagonists. The story revolves around the history of three mothers whose fate become more and more relatable to the viewers, the closer to the end. Be sure to watch Showtime brand new production telling a story of an intransigent financier Bobby Axe Axelrod (Damien Lewis) who made his fortune thanks to hard work and not always clean moves. Axe's main opponent is prosecutor Chuck Rhoades (Paul Giamatti), who is closely watching the businessman and trying to catch him in the act. The series is stunning not only with a clever and interesting script, but also with brilliantly made sets, makeup work and costumes that reflect the atmosphere of the past era.
8. Mindy Project
If you are looking for a motion picture on this list that will allow you to completely forget about your worries, you have come to the right place! The Mindy Project is an amusing comedy of errors, stocked with dark humor, telling the story of an Indian gynecologist who is looking for happiness and love while living in a big city.
